Libby Mellinger

Executive Director: Libby Mellinger

Libby was born and raised in Indiana and was drawn to the locally owned and operated North Willow community. She received her Activity Director and Certified Nursing Assistant certifications in 2002, and added her Social Services Designee certification in 2004. Libby also served as the Community Relations Director at North Willow before moving into her role as Executive Director.

"North Willow and our residents are home to me. We work hard to make this a place of excellence in every way possible because we care so much about residents and their families. We know their stories and their wishes, and I believe strongly in serving everyone with options that enrich and often change their lives in surprising and positive ways."

Libby is the proud mother of four children and grandmother to one grandson.

Angela Pauley

Community Relations Director : Angela Pauley

Angela Pauley is the Community Relations Director at Traditions of North Willow. She has witnessed firsthand the impact that quality senior living communities can have on the well-being and happiness of older adults. She believes in the positive effects of socialization, engaging activities, and personalized care on the overall health and quality of life of seniors. This has inspired her to work in this field and make a difference in the lives of older adults. "I never feel like I'm working when in the community with my residents."

Angela loves spending time with her family, including her husband, children, and granddaughters. She loves the outdoors, glamping, boating, and hiking with their dogs.

Julie Bowen

Wellness Director: Julie Bowen

Julie has a nursing degree, has been working in long-term and memory care since 1989, was a dementia instructor and has extensive dementia training, including instruction by Teepa Snow.

"I went to college to become a teacher, originally, but since I was a child, I have always been close to elderly people, and that was where my heart was and is today. They are really the greatest teachers of all. I am here to meet them in their journey and ensure I support our residents and their families, enhancing their quality of life."

Julie is from a family of six and has one son who lives in Oregon.

Ty Warner

Assistant Executive Director: Ty Warner

Ty is a central Indiana native from a family of seven children, all of whom live and work in central Indiana. His connection to the area and his family, including 15 nieces and nephews, is strong.

'My grandfather is my best friend, and I've always wanted to serve our elders. I received a Bachelors in Healthcare Administration from Indiana State University, am a licensed Residential Care Administrator (RCA) and a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), all in pursuit of my goal to become an Executive Director. We have an incredible resident-focused team here who goes above and beyond to meet our residents' and their family members' needs.'

Ty was born in Franklin and currently lives in Broad Ripple with his beagle, Ava.
